We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced consultant to join our ESG, Impact & Sustainability team. This would suit someone who has experience in a 360 recruitment role, either within ESG, a related sector or interest in moving to a front office desk.

Responsibilities: 

  • Work the full job life cycle, from initial briefing call to salary negotiation

  • Actively source and qualify candidates relevant to your sector

  • Market map for live and upcoming roles

  • Business develop your own client network

  • Attend meetings with both candidates and clients building long lasting relationships

  • Work closely with the marketing team to help produce salary survey, credentials, white papers and other marketing material

  • Take advantage of ongoing training and development to become an expert in your sector
